R&D Manager (Cosmetics)

Responsible in product development and production scale up along with daily execution of R&D related lab activities.

Assist QA/QC for trouble shoot.

Planning of routine & stability samples.

Making BPR for daily batches.

Focus Products: All the cosmetics , body care and hair care products.

Evaluates current and alternative ingredients, create product formulation and conduct sensory evaluation of new products to ensure to meet clients needs and requirements.
