Looking For Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor with 2 to 4 years of experience to join our team in Koramangala, Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background related to quantity surveying and will be responsible for managing project costs and ensuring accurate financial assessments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Cost Estimation: Prepare and analyze project cost estimates, ensuring accuracy in budgeting for materials, labor, and other expenses related to construction projects.

2. Measurement and Valuation: Conduct precise measurements and valuations of work completed and materials used to support project billing and progress assessments.

3. Contract Management: Assist in the preparation and review of contracts, ensuring compliance with legal standards and project requirements, while also managing any variations in scope or cost.

4. Budget Control: Monitor project budgets closely, identifying potential overruns and implementing cost-saving measures to keep projects within financial limits.

5. Reporting: Generate regular reports on project financial status, highlighting key insights and providing updates on expenditure, forecasts, and cash flow.
