Quality Manager (5-10 Years)

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Manager with a Doctorate or PhD and 5 to 10 years of experience to lead our quality assurance efforts at our office in IMT Manesar Sector 7. The ideal candidate will ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement quality management systems: You will design and establish quality processes to ensure products meet regulatory standards and customer expectations.

2. Conduct audits and inspections: Regular internal and external audits will be conducted to assess compliance with quality standards and identify areas for improvement.

3. Analyze quality data: You will collect and analyze data on product quality, identifying trends and making recommendations for improvements to enhance our products.

4. Lead quality improvement initiatives: You will initiate and manage projects aimed at improving product quality, working with cross-functional teams to implement changes.

5. Train and mentor staff: Providing guidance and training to team members on quality assurance practices will be crucial in fostering a quality-focused culture.
