Quality Line Inspector

• Supervise in the handling of sample evaluation and production approval by reviewing the measurement, workmanship, fitting, accessories, etc., and giving comments on the production.

• Doing line inspection to check the quality.

• Follow up Pre - Final inspection.

• To keep all necessary documents and quality SOP .

• To provide approval such as pattern, print, embroidery, wash & as per required by the buyer.

• Assisting technicians with checking patterns/specification.

• Ensuring all quality & production issue by Auditing & Controlling.

• Calculating Standard minute value from tailors.

• Ensure QA inspection at every station as per the Control plan.

• Pre-delivery inspection during the dispatch.

• Ensure no line stoppages due to poor inspection method.

• Prepare, analyze & review the PPM data for final outgoing Inspection.

• Day to day documents updating and maintenance.
