Supervise in the handling of sample evaluation and production approval by reviewing the measurement, workmanship, fitting, accessories, etc., and giving comments on the production.

Doing line inspection to check the quality.

Follow up Pre - Final inspection.

To keep all necessary documents and quality SOP .

To provide approval such as pattern, print, embroidery, wash & as per required by the buyer.

Assisting technicians with checking patterns/specification.

Ensuring all quality & production issue by Auditing & Controlling.

Calculating Standard minute value from tailors.

Ensure QA inspection at every station as per the Control plan.

Pre-delivery inspection during the dispatch.

Ensure no line stoppages due to poor inspection method.

Prepare, analyze & review the PPM data for final outgoing Inspection.

Day to day documents updating and maintenance.
