Quality Line Inspector Job Vacancies in Coimbatore

Responsible for ensuring all products meet company and regulatory quality standards. conducts inspections, test and evaluation at various stages of production.

Inspecting Products: Visually inspecting finished products to detect any cosmetic discrepancies or damage.Measuring and Testing: Using tools like micrometers and gauges to measure products and ensure they meet specifications.Quality Standards: Establishing and maintaining quality standards for products.Reporting: Documenting inspection results and reporting any defects or issues to the production team.Random Inspections: Performing random inspections to ensure ongoing quality throughout the production process.Collaboration: Working with other departments to resolve quality issues and recommend improvements.

Basic knowledge about measuring instrument. To take responsible to produce quality component from machine shop.

Supervise in the handling of sample evaluation and production approval by reviewing the measurement, workmanship, fitting, accessories, etc., and giving comments on the production. Doing line inspection to check the quality. Follow up Pre - Final inspection. To keep all necessary documents and quality SOP . To provide approval such as pattern, print, embroidery, wash & as per required by the buyer. Assisting technicians with checking patterns/specification. Ensuring all quality & production issue by Auditing & Controlling. Calculating Standard minute value from tailors. Ensure QA inspection at every station as per the Control plan. Pre-delivery inspection during the dispatch. Ensure no line stoppages due to poor inspection method. Prepare, analyze & review the PPM data for final outgoing Inspection. Day to day documents updating and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities: Inspecting incoming raw materials, components, and finished products Conducting in-process and final inspections Verifying product compliance with standards and customer specifications Performing dimensional and functional tests Maintaining and updating inspection records Collaborating with other departments to resolve quality issues Performing root cause analysis to identify and address quality problems Participating in continuous improvement initiatives.Requirements: Diploma in mechanical or manufacturing engineering with 1-2 years experience Knowledge of metrology, quality control, and inspection techniques Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Salary : 15K

Preparing Vendor Rating as per Quality /delivery Point of View. 8. Follow ups with sub suppliers (Vendors) 9. Vendor Customer Handling 10. Stock Monitoring.
