Doing line inspection to check the quality. Follow up Pre - Final inspection. To keep all necessary documents and quality SOP . To provide approval such as pattern, print, embroidery, wash & as per required by the buyer. Assisting technicians with checking patterns/specification. Ensuring all quality & production issue by Auditing & Controlling. Calculating Standard minute value from tailors. Ensure QA inspection at every station as per the Control plan. Pre-delivery inspection during the dispatch. Ensure no line stoppages due to poor inspection method. Prepare, analyze & review the PPM data for final outgoing Inspection. Day to day documents updating and maintenance.
