1. Handling of process related day to day troubleshooting.

2. Responsible to ensure proper material handling.

3. Ensure QMS system implementations.

4. Handling of in process quality, customer audits and customer complaints.

5. Ensure communication of defects to the team level and initiate actions for their prevention.

6. Handling of rejection material and initiating the CAPA for their prevention.

7. Lead activities of Lab inspection and output of Lab.

8. Evaluate effective method of inspection as per requirement of drawing.

9. Ensure implementation of customer specific requirements.

10. Initiate actions along with CFT against the gap found in KPI target vs. actual.

11. Responsible to lead the plant review meeting.

12. Initiate 5S and safety preventions and ensure their timely implementations.

13. Should have a good experience in Green Sand Casting process for Cast Iron or SG Iron Casting

14. Should have experience in setting up a High-Pressure Molding Line.
