Job Description

1 to maintain daily quality record

2 to inspect the incoming materials quality & report it to head

3 to inspect the finish material & maintain the pre delivery report

4 to inspect the in process product(surface finish,engineering drawing,etc)

5 to improve process through kaizen and 5s tools.

6 to prepare the ppap (product parts approval process) documents for customer audit

7 to attend production meeting & tackle various problem occur at the shop floor with help of 7 qc tools,statistical process control (spc)

8 to solve the customer complain throught 5 w analysis & corrective action preventive action (capa) .

9 responsible for improvement in product quality through the product & process audit.

10 process improvement,measuring team performance and improvement

11 to update the data in erp

12 to provide training & update record

13 responsible for to achive target as per requirement
