Quality Engineer - Full Time

We are looking for a Quality Engineer with 5 to 10 years of experience to ensure high-quality products and processes in our organization. The candidate should hold a Bachelor of Engineering degree and be ready to work full time from our Shillong office.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Quality Planning:** Develop and implement quality plans and procedures to meet product specifications and customer requirements, ensuring that quality standards are consistently met.

- **Quality Assurance:** Monitor and evaluate production processes and systems to ensure compliance with quality standards. This involves conducting regular audits and inspections.

- **Problem Solving:** Identify and analyze quality-related issues, using root cause analysis techniques to develop effective solutions and prevent recurrences.

- **Documentation:** Maintain clear and detailed documentation of quality control processes, test results, and corrective actions, facilitating transparency and consistency in quality assurance.

- **Collaboration:** Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and management, to promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and attention to detail, enabling them to identify potential quality issues effectively.
