Quality Controller - Full Time

We are looking for a dedicated Quality Controller to join our team in Jalandhar. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience and a degree in Engineering. As a Quality Controller, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Inspect Products:** Assess products at various stages of production to ensure they meet quality specifications and standards.

- **Conduct Tests:** Perform tests and evaluations on products to confirm they are safe for use and comply with regulations.

- **Identify Defects:** Detect and document any defects or discrepancies in products, ensuring they are addressed promptly to maintain quality.

- **Quality Documentation:** Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and quality control procedures for compliance and auditing purposes.

- **Collaborate with Teams:** Work closely with production and engineering teams to communicate quality issues and suggest improvements.

- **Develop Quality Standards:** Assist in creating and updating quality control protocols to ensure best practices are followed.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

Candidates should have a strong understanding of quality control processes and standards. Excellent attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work well under pressure are essential.
