We are looking for a dedicated Quality Controller to join our team in Jalandhar. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience and a degree in Engineering. As a Quality Controller, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Inspect Products:** Assess products at various stages of production to ensure they meet quality specifications and standards.- **Conduct Tests:** Perform tests and evaluations on products to confirm they are safe for use and comply with regulations.- **Identify Defects:** Detect and document any defects or discrepancies in products, ensuring they are addressed promptly to maintain quality.- **Quality Documentation:** Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and quality control procedures for compliance and auditing purposes.- **Collaborate with Teams:** Work closely with production and engineering teams to communicate quality issues and suggest improvements.- **Develop Quality Standards:** Assist in creating and updating quality control protocols to ensure best practices are followed.**Required Skills and Expectations:**Candidates should have a strong understanding of quality control processes and standards. Excellent attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work well under pressure are essential. Strong communication skills are required to collaborate effectively with team members. The ideal candidate should be proactive in identifying issues and suggesting improvements. A basic understanding of engineering principles and practices will be advantageous in this role.
