key responsibilities:

- develop, implement, and maintain quality control systems and protocols for memory foam cushion production.

- conduct regular inspections and testing of raw materials, in-process products, and finished components of memory foam.

- monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.

- perform various tests to check the products quality to meet the sop.

- analyse test results and identify deviations from quality standards.

- implement corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues.

qualifications:

- bachelors degree in quality management, btech in engineering and chemical or related field.

- experience: minimum of 2-8 years of experience in quality control or assurance in a manufacturing or product development environment.
