With a strong focus on quality, consistency, and customer satisfaction, we are expanding our team at our manufacturing facility in Moginand, Kala-Amb (Himachal Pradesh).

Position Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Analyst to monitor, control, and improve product quality across printing and packaging processes. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with quality standards, identify defects, and work closely with production teams to maintain excellence in output.

Key Responsibilities

Inspect and verify raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods as per quality standards

Monitor printing and packaging quality parameters such as color accuracy, alignment, finishing, and material strength

Identify defects, deviations, and non-conformities and initiate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)

Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and documentation

Coordinate with production, maintenance, and procurement teams to resolve quality issues

Ensure adherence to SOPs, work instructions, and safety guidelines

Support continuous improvement initiatives and audits (internal/external)

Train and guide shop-floor staff on quality requirements and best practices

Required Qualifications & Skills

Bachelors degree or diploma in Printing Technology, Packaging, Mechanical, Industrial, or related field

13 years of experience in quality control/quality assurance (printing or packaging industry preferred)

Good understanding of printing processes, packaging materials, and quality parameters

Knowledge of basic quality tools and inspection techniques

Ability to read job cards, specifications, and quality checklists

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Good communication and coordination abilities

Willingness to work on the shop floor and in shifts if required
