Quality Assurance Executive - Tiruppur

We are looking for a dedicated Quality Assurance Executive to ensure that our products meet the highest quality standards. You will be responsible for monitoring the production process and performing quality checks to identify and resolve any issues.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Conduct Quality Inspections:** Regularly inspect products during and after the production process to ensure they meet our quality specifications.

- **Documentation:** Maintain accurate records of quality tests, inspections, and any non-conformance issues to help track improvements and trends.

- **Develop Quality Standards:** Collaborate with the production team to establish and update quality standards and procedures to enhance product quality.

- **Train Team Members:** Provide training and guidance to staff about quality assurance processes and procedures to promote adherence to quality standards.

- **Report Findings:** Prepare reports on quality issues, trends, and improvement areas and communicate these findings to management and relevant teams.

- **Implement Improvement Strategies:** Work with various departments to develop strategies for reducing defects and improving overall product quality.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

Candidates must have a diploma and between 2 to 5 years of experience in quality assurance. You should possess strong attention to detail and analytical skills to identify quality issues. Excellent communication skills are vital for effectively conveying quality standards and metrics. Proficiency in quality management tools and methodologies is preferred. You should be a team player who is adaptable and committed to maintaining high quality in all processes.
