Quality Analyst || Freshers & Experienced

We are looking for an experienced Quality Analyst to join our growing team.

Location: Panchkula

🗓 Working Days: 6 Days a Week

🕘 Process: UK Healthcare (Voice & Email)

Requirements:

✔ Minimum 1 year of experience on papers in Quality or Training role

✔ Experience in UK Healthcare Process preferred

✔ 2 days/week login.

✔ Good understanding of Voice & Email support processes

✔ Strong communication and analytical skills

✔ Ability to conduct training sessions and quality audits

✔ Experience in feedback sessions, calibration, and process improvement

Key Responsibilities:

* Monitor and evaluate agent interactions (calls & emails)

* Conduct quality audits and provide feedback

* Deliver training sessions for new hires and existing agents

* Identify improvement areas and support performance enhancement

* Maintain quality scorecards and reports
