URGENT REQUIREMENT FOR OUR KARJAN BASED CLIENT- MANUFACTURING UNITQC/QA MANAGER Qualification: Basically, an engineer from mechanical or chemical field with enough exposure with managing quality department of Engineering workshop, with NDT (Level II or Level III certificate) Experience: Minimum 2 to 4 years experience of working at a middle management level in an engineering company dealing in Oil & Gas, manufacturing heat transfer equipment or components, having dealt with IBR and EIL (Engineers India Limited) Pre-requisites: He would be required to ensure internal and external quality procedures and implement the high standards of product quality of incoming and outgoing materials and services. Responsibilities: He would have to ensure timely and preventive in-house inspection, Timely inspection by TPIs, maintain Inspection data sheets for inhouse use, submission of documents to TPIs and Customers, maintaining clear and transparent communication with the customers and TPIs, create SOPs to deliver zero-defect products, Ensure Zero rejection & Zero rework by preventive inspection, All production parameters within the tolerances decided by the company, keeping track of certification and calibration expiry and their timely renewal, No delay or reminders / corrections in the documents leading to delay in payment, Traceability of all the input material and workman, Maintains inspection reports and records Jobwise and date-wise. Additional Requirement: The added experience in creation and maintenance of networking with Third Party Inspector fraternity. maintain good harmony with the staff and co-workers and keep them motivated, maintain good interpersonal relations with other departments, keeping yourself and your staff upto date of any technological updation or advancements.
