Purchase Trainee (Female)

As a Purchase Trainee, you will support the procurement team in various activities related to sourcing and purchasing goods. This entry-level position is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to learn about the purchasing process in a corporate environment.

Key responsibilities include assisting in vendor selection. You will help evaluate potential suppliers and their capabilities to ensure they meet our standards. Another important duty is processing purchase orders where you will learn to create and manage order documents. Additionally, you will track order deliveries to ensure timely procurement, which involves communicating with suppliers and monitoring shipment statuses.

You will also be involved in maintaining inventory records, where you will help keep accurate counts and update databases to support decision-making in purchasing. Moreover, participating in supplier negotiations will allow you to learn valuable negotiation skills and understand pricing strategies.

The ideal candidate should possess a diploma in a relevant field, exhibit strong communication skills, and have the ability to work effectively in a team. You should be detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously. A willingness to learn and adapt in a professional setting is essential.
