Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement procurement and sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives.

Lead and manage all purchasing, procurement, and vendor management activities across the organization.

Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers to ensure reliable and cost-effective sourcing.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, payment terms, and service agreements with vendors.

Monitor procurement budgets and drive cost reduction initiatives without compromising quality.

Establish procurement policies, SOPs, and controls to ensure compliance and transparency.

Manage supplier performance through regular evaluations and audits.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to forecast procurement needs and optimize inventory levels.

Oversee tendering, RFQ/RFP processes, bid evaluations, and contract awards.

Monitor market trends, commodity prices, and supply risks to support strategic procurement decisions.

Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, ethical sourcing standards, and organizational policies.

Lead, mentor, and develop the procurement team to achieve operational excellence.
