Job Description

As a Purchase Manager, you will play a vital role in managing the procurement process to ensure that the organization obtains the necessary goods and services efficiently and cost-effectively. Your expertise will help drive strategic sourcing decisions and build strong supplier relationships.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Supplier Management:** Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with suppliers to secure the best quality products at competitive prices.

- **Purchasing Strategy Development:** Create and implement purchasing strategies that align with the company’s goals and ensure compliance with procurement policies.

- **Inventory Management:** Monitor inventory levels and demand forecasts to make informed purchasing decisions, ensuring minimal stockouts and excess inventory.

- **Cost Analysis:** Analyze market trends and pricing to identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality and reliability in supplies.

- **Contract Negotiation:** Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to establish favorable conditions for the company.

- **Collaboration with Departments:** Work closely with other departments, such as finance and production, to understand their needs and align procurement efforts accordingly.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

- A Bachelor of Engineering () degree is mandatory for this role, ensuring a strong technical background.

- A minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, demonstrating expertise in the field.

- Strong analytical and negotiation skills are essential for making data-driven decisions and securing advantageous contracts.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
