3. Research potential vendors

4. Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers

5. Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing

6. Track orders and ensure timely delivery

7. Review quality of purchased products

8. Enter order details (. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases

9. Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices

10. Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses

11. Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed

12. Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage

13. Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating and liaising with vendors)

14. Hands-on experience

Solid analytical skills, with the ability to create financial reports and conduct cost analyses

15. Negotiation skills

16. B com graduate

Timing: 9:00AM TO 6:00PM

Accommodation and meals will be provided by us.

Minimum 1 and half year contract agreement
