Purchase Executive

Maintain an updated database of vendors and suppliers.

Source for new suppliers and evaluate existing ones.

Ensure timely procurement of raw material.

Material Management.

Negotiate prices, contracts, and payment terms with suppliers.

Prepare purchase orders, ensuring accuracy of quantities, prices, and specifications.

Resolve any issues that may arise with suppliers.

Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other relevant data.

Communicate with various departments within the organization to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

Monitor and track inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained.

Identify alternative Vendors for Raw Material Supply & analyze & propose the right options (meeting quality, quantity, price & delivery timelines).

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor degree is must.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Good interpersonal skills.
