Maintain an updated database of vendors and suppliers.Source for new suppliers and evaluate existing ones.Ensure timely procurement of raw material.Material Management.Negotiate prices, contracts, and payment terms with suppliers.Prepare purchase orders, ensuring accuracy of quantities, prices, and specifications.Resolve any issues that may arise with suppliers.Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other relevant data.Communicate with various departments within the organization to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.Monitor and track inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained.Identify alternative Vendors for Raw Material Supply & analyze & propose the right options (meeting quality, quantity, price & delivery timelines).Desired Candidate ProfileBachelor degree is must.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Good interpersonal skills.

Assume the responsibility of receiving and sorting incoming payments with attention to credibilityManage the status of accounts and balances and identify inconsistenciesIssue and post bills, receipts and invoicesCheck the validity of debit accountsUpdate accounts receivable database with new accounts or missed paymentsProvide solutions to any relative problems

Ensure coordination of communication between patients and families and medical staff.Respond to patient inquiries regarding physicians and services.Assist patients with problems associated with hospital service and administration.Suggest improvements to present hospital system to ensure that patient experience is enhanced.Provide feedback to patients and families regarding their concerns and complaints.
