Urgent Requirement For Purchase Executive

As a Purchase Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing the procurement process for our organization. Your main responsibility will be to ensure that all purchases are made efficiently and on time, contributing to the overall success of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Vendor Management: Communicate with existing suppliers and seek new vendors to ensure a steady supply of materials. This includes evaluating their reliability and quality of products.

- Order Placement: Process purchase orders accurately and ensure they are placed in a timely manner. You will need to keep track of order confirmations and follow up on delivery schedules.

- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels to ensure that supplies are maintained at optimal rates, preventing shortages or excess inventory.

- Price Negotiation: Negotiate prices with suppliers to secure the best possible deals while maintaining quality standards and ensuring timely delivery.

- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all transactions, including purchase orders, invoices, and supplier contracts, to ensure transparency and accountability.

Required Skills and Expectations:
