Job Description

Tools/Software Knowledge: MS Excel, AI tools, ERP systems

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Procurement & Vendor Management

* Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers, OEMs (Original Equipment

Manufacturers), and vendors both locally and globally through online search

Platforms (B2B portals, LinkedIn, company websites, directories, etc.).

2. Online Product & OEM Sourcing

* Perform deep internet research to find and validate potential OEMs for specific

Products.

3. Negotiation & Cost Optimization

* Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and service agreements

4. Purchase Planning & Inventory Control

* Coordinate with inventory and warehouse teams to track stock levels and

generate purchase orders.

5. Communication & Coordination

* Maintain clear and professional communication with internal departments

and external vendors.

6. AI Tools & Automation

* Leverage AI tools like Chat GPT, Excel Co-pilot, or AI-based procurement
