Key Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end sourcing activities for products in the home décor segment for the Domestic market.

Manage and ensure adherence to the business process calendar (time and action plan).

Collaborate with the relevant stakeholders in defining the target sourcing price and managing the sourcing to meet the target price.

PO Creation/ Uploading the Catalog /SKU Creation / Cost Sheets Creations

Product Development

Product development to be within the timelines

Product Delivery

Manage and ensure delivery of products to the warehouse as per defined timelines

Manage and ensure delivery of salesman samples/Photo Shoot Samples as per defined timelines (from sampling units)

Skills Required:

1. Proficiency in English

2. Excellent Communication Skills

3. Strong Multi-Tasking abilities

4. Collaborative Team Player

5. Negotiation Skills

6. Trend Forecaster

Preference:

1. 1-5 years of experience in the same industry.

2. Female candidates are encouraged to apply.

3. Graduate or Postgraduate, preferably from NIFT or Pearl Academy.

4. Experience in Home Industry, particularly Decor and Furniture.

5. Buying experience with International Brands/Retailers is desirable.

6. Candidates open for re-location or Industry change are eligible as well.
