Strategic Visual Planning and Execution: Devise and execute compelling in-store visual displays, including captivating window and store displays that effectively showcase our luxury home products.2. Planogram and Trend Forecasting: Stay ahead of industry trends and maintain a planogram to ensure that our store reflects the latest home decor styles. Implement weekly display changes and adjust focal points to align with new product launches.3. Optimize Store Space Utilization: Efficiently organize and utilize store space by rearranging, re-merchandising, and replenishing stock to maximize customer engagement and sales.4. Merchandise Display: Create visually appealing product displays that attract customers and integrate our brand image consistently throughout the store.5. Innovative Visual Presentations: Bring creativity to seasonal merchandising presentations, introducing unique visual displays that captivate our customers and set us apart in the industry.6. Indoor and Outdoor Displays: Craft visually stunning displays both inside and outside the store to entice customers, showcase new items, build a positive store image, and boost revenue.Preference:To excel in this role, candidates should ideally possess:1-2 years of experience in the Luxury Home Industry.A creative flair for visual merchandising.Graduation from NIFT or Pearl Academy.Previous experience in the Home Industry, particularly in decor and furniture. Key Responsibilities:Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through meetings, cold calling and networking. Identify partnership opportunities with architects, interior designers, builders & real estate well established names from Home Industry.Maintain existing business through frequent followup. Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers via calls, mails or meetings/personal visits.Conducting market research.Evaluate customer needs.Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products.Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.Collaborate with team to achieve better results.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.Proven experience (1 to 4 years) in business development within the same industry.Strong network of contacts within the industry, including interior Designers, Architects and Builders.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and trends.Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven individual.Women employees encouraged. Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end sourcing activities for products in the home dcor segment for the Domestic market. Manage and ensure adherence to the business process calendar (time and action plan). Collaborate with the relevant stakeholders in defining the target sourcing price and managing the sourcing to meet the target price. PO Creation/ Uploading the Catalog /SKU Creation / Cost Sheets Creations Product Development Product development to be within the timelines Product Delivery Manage and ensure delivery of products to the warehouse as per defined timelines Manage and ensure delivery of salesman samples/Photo Shoot Samples as per defined timelines (from sampling units)Skills Required:1.
