job description:

co-ordination with design department for boq/ requirement

procurement of products like (schnider switchgears), panels, lt panels, switchgears

quotation from the vendors

a-z component knowledge/ experience

finalization with the vendors with payment terms

releasing orders to the vendors as per boq

follow up for timely delivery of ordered items with suppliers

co-ordination with accounts dept for vendors invoice & payment

code creation for non-available items in e-fame software

handling vendor development and negotiation

co-ordination with the store for grn/sp issue

making a monthly stock statement
