Job Description:Co-ordination with Design Department for BOQ/ RequirementProcurement of products like (Schnider Switchgears), panels, LT panels, SwitchgearsQuotation from the vendorsA-Z Component Knowledge/ ExperienceFinalization with the vendors with payment termsReleasing orders to the vendors as per BOQFollow up for timely delivery of ordered items with suppliersCo-ordination with accounts dept for vendors invoice & paymentCode creation for non-available items in E-fame softwareHandling Vendor Development and NegotiationCo-ordination with the store for GRN/SP issueMaking a monthly stock statement

Job description: Estimating & Costing of LT panels Evaluate project as per client's SLD, BOQ, make list and technical specifications provided. Selection of LT Switchgears & accessories of leading manufacturers such as Schneider, Siemens, ABB, etc. Preparing a worksheet, Price list, BOQsheets, addition- deletion, analysis to manage the project and to provide details of it. Calculations of total cost required for panels including switch gears, its accessories, busbars, CRCA sheets, seven tank treatments along with painting process, taxes, etc. Finalizing project in accordance with the client requirement. LT panels such as main LT panels, PCC (power control center), MCC (Motor control center), starter panels, DG Synchronizing /PMS panels, PLC panels, distribution boards.
