Opening For Purchase Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Identify, evaluate, and develop suppliers and vendors for engineering materials and equipment.

Handle end-to-end procurement activities including sourcing, RFQs, quotations, negotiations, and purchase order processing.

Compare quotations and prepare techno-commercial evaluations.

Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, payment terms, and contracts with suppliers.

Ensure timely procurement of materials to support project and production schedules.

Coordinate with engineering, production, stores, and project teams for material requirements.

Monitor supplier performance related to quality, cost, and delivery.

Maintain procurement records, vendor databases, and purchase documentation.

Track order status and expedite deliveries to avoid project delays.

Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.

Analyze market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Resolve supplier-related issues regarding quality, quantity, and delivery.
