Position:- PF Manager

Male or Female :- Any

Job Role:-

1) Looking after PF Trust, Gratuity and Superannuation

2) Maintaining cash flow

3) Finalising books of accounts for PF, gratuity and superannuation trust

4) Accompanying the consultant to PF office for any hearing or notice related matters

5) Getting annual audits conducted

6) Maintaining records of Annual inspections of PF

7) Maintaining and looking after PF software of Trust

8) Dealing with bankers for any transfer in or out

9) Dealing with investment consultants for redeeming/obtaining fresh investements

10) Preparing monthly reports of pending claims, investments, unclaimed amount, active employees list etc

11) Settling the claim forms

12) Replying to member queries on PF

13) Issuing PF slips

14) Finalising accounts by crediting interest

13) Co ordinating for settlement of SAF/Gratuity claims

14) Getting the amounts valuated by actuary

15) Co ordinating with actuary

16) Preparing vouchers of transfer out /settlement

Qualification:- Any Graduate/ Post Graduate

Experience:- 12 to 17 years

Grade:- DGM/ GM

CTC:- Based on Current Compensation
