Desired Candidate profile : Diploma or BE in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with 1-4 years experience, with Technically strong background to market and do application engineering for Pumps & Blowers.

Salary : to LPA. For deserving candidate higher package can be discussed.

Work Experience: 1-4 years experiences in selling related capital equipments like pumps, industrial fans, blowers, motors.

Duties & Responsibilities

Assist with sale, technical and application support, sizing/selection of pumps, fans, & motor.

Thoroughly review of the enquiries / tenders, and prepare award winning techno-commercial Quotations

Calculate accurate cost and margin estimations for proposal evaluation by management.

Negotiate technical and commercial terms with engineering firms and end users.

Support customers with assigned geographical area. Work as a backup for colleagues when appropriate / needed.

Support order management department in registering orders and follow up on delivery from factory & suppliers

Manage customers service and warranty claims

Liaise with colleagues of all departments, dealers, distributors to execute activities efficiently

Generate Opportunity pipelines, engage with all stake holders for effective positioning of products to increase the business

Engage with existing customers to cross sell & upsell

Collaborate with colleagues to plan and conduct technical seminar, customer events, exhibitions or any technical meeting.

Plan and execute scheduled activities with clear focus on company vision, goals / KPIs

Shall report to management time to time & whenever asked.

Submit and ensure data is accurate on weekly / monthly progress reports

Generate inquiries through online marketing & social media and follow up on given quotations.

Assist in product development, creating technical brochures and marketing documents, and standardization of departmental procedures
