key responsibilities

ensure the property is maintained in a clean, orderly, and presentable condition at all times.

monitor and update inventory records accurately and on a regular basis.

supervise staff to ensure they are performing their duties efficiently and effectively.

conduct routine checks to verify the quality and completion of maintenance works, including:

plumbing – regular inspection and prompt resolution of leakages, blockages, and water supply issues.

electrical – ensuring proper functioning of lighting, wiring, and electrical equipment.

carpentry – monitoring furniture, fittings, and fixtures for timely repair or replacement.

civil works – overseeing structural upkeep, painting, and general repair works.

report discrepancies, damages, or pending works promptly and ensure timely follow-up until closure.

coordinate with external vendors or service providers for specialized repair and maintenance requirements.
