Property Manager

Key Responsibilities

Ensure the property is maintained in a clean, orderly, and presentable condition at all times.

Monitor and update inventory records accurately and on a regular basis.

Supervise staff to ensure they are performing their duties efficiently and effectively.

Conduct routine checks to verify the quality and completion of maintenance works, including:

Plumbing – Regular inspection and prompt resolution of leakages, blockages, and water supply issues.

Electrical – Ensuring proper functioning of lighting, wiring, and electrical equipment.

Carpentry – Monitoring furniture, fittings, and fixtures for timely repair or replacement.

Civil Works – Overseeing structural upkeep, painting, and general repair works.

Report discrepancies, damages, or pending works promptly and ensure timely follow-up until closure.

Coordinate with external vendors or service providers for specialized repair and maintenance requirements.
