We€™re looking for a creative, growth-driven Prompt Engineer who can help us scale across Instagram, YouTube, and AI-powered content platforms. You will work at the intersection of AI content creation, SEO, video production, and performance marketing, building engaging, automated campaigns for a modern Indian audience.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

🎯 Prompt Engineering & AI Content Creation

€¢ Write effective prompts for tools like ChatGPT, DALL·E, Veo, Runway, HeyGen, and Midjourney

€¢ Create Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and AI avatar videos that align with brand campaigns

€¢ Design engaging content for product showcases, unboxings, festival-based promotions, and viral trends

📈 Performance Marketing & Ad Content

€¢ Collaborate with the marketing team to build Meta (Instagram/Facebook) and YouTube ad creatives

€¢ Generate ad video scripts, voiceovers, and visual ideas using AI and your own creative input

€¢ Test and iterate different ad angles, hooks, and CTAs based on campaign goals

🔍 SEO Strategy & Content Optimization

€¢ Conduct keyword research using tools like SEMRush, Google Keyword Planner, and others

€¢ Create SEO-friendly prompts for product descriptions, blogs, YouTube video titles & tags

€¢ Optimize social media content for better organic reach and discovery

📹 Video Ideation & Execution

€¢ Build compelling short-form video content using AI editors (Runway, CapCut, Canva, etc.)

€¢ Work closely with the team to plan and script product launches, storytelling videos, and influencer-style UGC

🤖 Innovation & Automation

€¢ Stay up-to-date with the latest in AI tools, digital marketing automation, and e-commerce growth hacks

€¢ Experiment with new tech and suggest improvements to the content and marketing workflow

€¢ Understand the psychology of social media engagement and digital buying trends
