roles & responsibilities

• responsible for end-to-end project implementation.

• responsible for handling multiple scrum teams

• thorough review and understanding of the project requirements and spearhead the

implementation process in collaboration with engineering, product management

• interacts directly with clients and partners and works to build and maintain

• oversee and support multiple implementation projects concurrently

• develop project plans and ensure that implementations are completed on time, within

budget, and meet stakeholders expectations

• foresee and detect potential issues during an implementation especially issues which

threaten to delay the timeline or impact budget or business operations

• efficiently triage and resolves issues and provide timely follow-up and status updates to stakeholders

• be part of product demonstrations or aid in scoping projects or developing proposals

• create and provide implementation process documentation that will lead to the creation of client-facing user guides for new clients

• suggests feature, functionality changes or enhancements to product management based on stakeholders feedback

• communicate accurately, clearly, and effectively in writing, in person, and on the phone

• proactively make suggestions to management to help reduce or eliminate recurring issues

requirements

• well versed with agile / scrum methodology. scrum certification will be preferable

• experience with driving projects and initiatives towards completion.

• pmp or any project management certification is a plus.

• knowledge of ed-tech, institutional sales & operations preferred.
