Education:-Post-graduation and/or any certification in Business is a plus

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsible for end-to-end project implementation.

Responsible for handling multiple scrum teams

Thorough review and understanding of the project requirements and spearhead the

implementation process in collaboration with engineering, product management

Interacts directly with clients and partners and works to build and maintain

Oversee and support multiple implementation projects concurrently

Develop project plans and ensure that implementations are completed on time, within

budget, and meet stakeholders expectations

Foresee and detect potential issues during an implementation especially issues which

threaten to delay the timeline or impact budget or business operations

Efficiently triage and resolves issues and provide timely follow-up and status updates to stakeholders

Be part of product demonstrations or aid in scoping projects or developing proposals

Create and provide implementation process documentation that will lead to the creation of client-facing user guides for new clients

Suggests feature, functionality changes or enhancements to product management based on stakeholders feedback

Communicate accurately, clearly, and effectively in writing, in person, and on the phone

Proactively make suggestions to management to help reduce or eliminate recurring issues

Requirements

Well versed with agile / scrum methodology. Scrum Certification will be preferable

Experience with driving projects and initiatives towards completion.

PMP or any project management certification is a plus.

Knowledge of Ed-tech, institutional sales & operations preferred.

Excellent organizational and troubleshooting skills, written and verbal communic
