Yearly/Monthly target setting for department4. Allocation of tasks5. Coordinate with other department head and management6. In case of VHP case if users work is stuck then respective engineer should provide the resolution to client before leaving the office7. To Solve dashboard cases on time as per standard time specified to that case category8. To read each and every case immediately and provide comment on the same on the daily basis9. To do coding with standard practice and maintain its documentation. Or update the existing documents10. To do proper commenting while coding11. Any kind of bugs should not be repeat12. To follow the dashboard and escalate the unresolved cases to immediate reporting authority as per standard time allowed to solve the case13. To do work reporting in Login system as per format follow the case sequence, needs to follow FIFO method15. To do work with a team for new feature development/customization.16.
