We are seeking an experienced Project Manager for our upcoming residential construction project in NCR. The ideal candidate must have in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with the Aluminum Formwork System and should be capable of independently handling large-scale residential projects. The role demands a professional with strong leadership, engineering expertise, resource management, and execution skills to ensure quality and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee end-to-end site construction activities ensuring smooth daily operations.

Manage Aluminum Formwork (Mivan) construction techniques effectively.

Prepare and monitor project schedules, work plans, and milestones.

Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and suppliers for seamless execution.

Mobilize and manage manpower, machinery, and materials at the site efficiently.

Ensure quality control, safety standards, and adherence to construction codes and regulations.

Monitor project budgets, timelines, and cost control measures.

Conduct regular site meetings, progress tracking, and reporting to senior management.

Resolve technical issues and provide timely solutions to avoid delays.

Lead the site team and ensure high performance and accountability.

Ensure timely handover of the project with zero defects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ��70, - ��80, per month
