Urgent Requirement For Project Head

Key Responsibilities:-

Lead and manage multiple mechanical projects from inception to completion.

Prepare project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.

Supervise project execution to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams for smooth project operations.

Monitor project progress and resolve technical and operational issues.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.

Manage project costs and optimize resource utilization.

Review engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents.

Conduct regular project review meetings and prepare progress reports for management.

Lead, mentor, and evaluate project engineers and site teams.

Handle vendor management, procurement coordination, and subcontractor performance.

Ensure proper documentation, billing, and project handover processes.

Required Qualifications:-

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (./ - Mechanical).

Master's Degree or Project Management certification will be an added advantage.

Experience

10-15+ years of relevant experience in Mechanical Project Management.

Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role managing in projects.

Experience in Manufacturing, Industrial Plants, Chemical Plant, Oil &Gas, Infrastructure projects will be preferred.

Required Skills

Strong Project Management and Leadership skills.

Knowledge of Mechanical Systems and Project Execution.

Excellent planning, budgeting, and cost control abilities.

Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office.
