Looking For Project Head – CCTV & Networking

As the Project Head, you will oversee and manage hardware networking projects from inception to completion. Your leadership will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Project Management: Lead multiple networking projects by planning, executing, and closing them according to defined timelines and budgets. This involves regularly reviewing project status and adjusting plans as necessary.

- Team Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical staff and management, to ensure everyone is aligned with project objectives and deliverables.

- Client Communication: Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing updates on project progress and addressing any concerns to foster strong relationships.

- Quality Assurance: Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure that all solutions meet industry standards and client expectations.

- Resource Allocation: Effectively allocate resources, including personnel and equipment, to ensure that all project phases are adequately supported.

- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks early on and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring smooth project progression.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates must have a diploma in a relevant field and possess 5 to 8 years of experience in hardware networking.
