bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical / electrical) with 1- 4 years experience.

• basic understanding of engineering fundamentals related to mechanical or electrical

systems, depending on the specialization within the crane industry.

• understanding of project lifecycle phases (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring,

and closure).

• good verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with team

members, clients, and stakeholders.

• basic analytical abilities to identify problems, gather relevant information, and propose

potential solutions.

• basic organizational skills to manage tasks, prioritize work assignments, and meet

deadlines.

• proficiency in microsoft office (word, excel, powerpoint) for documentation, data

analysis, and presentation purposes
