About the Role:

We are seeking a visionary Profit Centre Head to spearhead our new Pressure Die Casting Division. This pivotal role involves planning, establishing, and managing the entire setup of our state-of-the-art plant. Your leadership will shape the future of our operations and market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning: Design and implement comprehensive strategies for setting up and running the Pressure Die Casting Plant.

Market Development: Create and expand the market for our high-quality die-casting products, establishing our brand as a leader in the industry.

Team Building: Recruit, train, and lead a team of skilled professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.

Operational Excellence: Ensure efficient and effective plant operations, maintaining high standards of quality and productivity.

What We Are Looking For:

Proven experience in a leadership role within the manufacturing sector, preferably in die casting or a related field.

Strong business acumen with an ability to create and execute market penetration strategies.

Excellent team management and interpersonal skills.

Technical qualification in a relevant field is a significant advantage.
