He has to perform laboratory test to produce products according to established standards and guidelines.

He has to handle both laboratory & Plant equipments and supplies effectively.

He has to document laboratory activities and plant activities for future references.

He has to work with supervisor to set objectives and milestones.

He has to ensure that final products should meet quality and customer specifications.

He has to train junior officer on test procedures.

He has to monitor and have to report the progress of analytical tests to supervisor on regular basis.

He has to maintain the sufficient stock of chemicals and other supplies in the laboratory for performing laboratory experiment.

He has to investigate the issues and have to analyze the root cause and have to provide proper solutions.

He has to suggest the improvements for test procedures to achieve the project objectives.

He has to develop standard procedures to improve quality and efficiency.

Experience in Tablet Manufacturing plant is Compulsory.
