• Allocate manpower and machines according to the shift production plan.

• Monitor hourly output, attendance, downtime, rejection, and work-in-progress.

• Ensure operators follow work instructions, control plans, and PPE requirements.

• Coordinate with Setters, Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and PPC for timely issue resolution.

• Complete shift handover and maintain accurate production records.
