Production Supervisor (Male)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise day-to-day production activities.

• Ensure production targets are achieved as per planned schedules.

• Monitor manpower, machines, materials, and production processes.

• Maintain quality standards and minimize rejection/rework.

• Coordinate with PPC, Quality, Maintenance, and Stores departments.

• Identify production issues and take corrective actions.

• Ensure proper implementation of SOPs, safety standards, and 5S.

• Prepare daily production reports and records.

• Improve productivity and reduce process losses.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of manufacturing and production processes.

• Good leadership and team-management skills.

• Problem-solving and decision-making ability.

• Knowledge of MS Office/ERP will be an advantage.
