• monitor performance of quality control systems to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.

• perform the quality inspection process of the product, part, samples and record the data.

• inspect all product returns, analyze the defect, and document the findings.

• supervision of quality control team, providing guidance to all employees as needed, implement quality control training programs if require

• identify problems regarding the quality of the products and solve the problem with the coordination with the pattern maker or production team.

• co ordinate with the vender, pattern maker for the quality purpose.

• responsible for quality control visually inspecting all products and determining what is acceptable and what is not acceptable.

• inspect routine and non-routine analyses of in-process materials, raw materials, finished goods.

• manage complete documentation needed to support testing procedures including data

• ensure full compliance with all performance objectives and standards of the quality control purpose.

• direct delegated personnel in accomplishing all quality control inspections and quality management services build successful relationships within leadership team and store representatives.
