Job Description

Managing the production volumes with optimum variable cost

Identify & resolve all bottlenecks & identify all areass which need improvement & stabilize production flows in order to meet customer demands in terms of quality, cost & delivery.

Understand customer requirements & convert it into daily plans

Adjust plans wherever there are deviations

Monitor work in progress & ensure adequate stocks of finished goods/ raw material/ packing material & smooth flow of components

Prepare an annual budget to incorporate costs

Understand stakeholders expectations and work towards realising them by conducting manufacturing planning , manpower planning, capacity planning, setup quality, cost & delivery expectations

Review plans periodically against progress

Communicate plans to Operations on a timely basis

Address customer complaints related to quality, highlight issues related to total quality and recommend corrective action
