responsibilities
liaise with other managers to formulate objectives and understand requirements
demonstrated abilities in carrying out kaizen, 5s, pfmea implementation in
production assembly line
proficiency in enhancing the process operations; thereby achieving the required
quality level in the products
skilled at handling the automation of the production line and corporate quality
assurance
demonstrated competence in executing a wide gamut of functions viz. analytical
method development, process development, validation, quality control documentation
and coordination
handle big teams of production with manpower of 300 to 500 people.
addressing the activities related to production and final checking of these products
overseeing the weekly & monthly production targets, man-power planning, recruiting,
training, etc.
ensuring the optimum quality standards by minimising rejection cost and improving
the productivity.
inspecting all in process material stage wise, preparing in process inspection report &
undertaking inspection of incoming materials.
identifying areas of quality failures and taking steps to rectify the system wide
preventive and corrective actions to avoid the reoccurrences.
planning & organising complex activities in relation to implementing the quality
agenda, promoting a multidisciplinary approach to quality improvement.
estimate costs and prepare budgets
organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines
monitor production to resolve issues
supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel (quality inspectors,
workers etc.)
determine amount of necessary resources (workforce, raw materials etc.)
approve maintenance work, purchasing of equipment etc.
enforce health and safety precautions
report to upper management
can successfully lead, manage and monitor performance of multi-skilled work force;
can conceptualizing need-based training programs for performing maintenance
operations.
competency in formulating plant safety plans for ensuring environment, health and
safety of work force, identify and implement several safety measures for minimizing
occurrence of accidents, fires, calamities.
competent manager of industrial relation; can delegate work schedules for smooth
functioning of operations while leading people working at all level in an organization.
experience of implementing various motivating scheme like cft, kaizen,
