Production Manager - Ayush and FSSAI

A well know WHO-GMP Manafacture Unit is looking for a competent and Knowledgeable Person who can MANUFACTURE NUTRACEUTICAL/Ayurvedic FSSAI PRODUCTS LIKE, VITAMIN CAPSULES AND PRODUCTS WHICH REQUIRES MIXING OF MINERALS LIKE PROTEIN, CALCIUM, CARBOHYDRATES, and other HERBALS products. He is responsible for the development and modification of vitamin supplements / Ayurvedic formulations and the manufacturing process

Key Job Responsibilities:

? Searches for suppliers and makes recommendations to procure new ingredients.

? Designs, issues and evaluates formulation trials to develop optimized formulae.

? Tests the ruggedness of the formulae by conducting suitable trials.

? Executing Ayurvedic/FSSAI formulations & Ensuring quality of final products

? Liasoning with accredited labs to get Ayurvedic/FSSAI products certified

? Ensuring all regulatory AYUSH/FSSAI compliances in the manufacturing unit

? Coordinating with the AYUSH Dept/FSSAI and State Licensing Authority for New Products

? Possesses a working knowledge of the equipment used in the manufacturing processes.

? Communicates with suppliers, manufacturers, and vendors to get samples and detailed descriptions of materials.

? Researches and compile pre-formulation data used in the formulation project..

Qualification: MSC Chemistry, B/M Pharmacy, MSC analytical chemistry MSC Instrumentation, Btech Biotechnology min 60%

Salary: 30K to 35 K Based on Experience

Experience: Not Less than 6 Years in Same and Proven Track Record with Industry Knowledge and should have basic knowledge of apply new licenses in Ayush/FSSAI
