Project Management:

Production Planning:

Developing and implementing production plans to meet project deadlines and quality standards.

Team Management:

Supervising and coordinating production staff, ensuring they receive appropriate training and have the necessary resources.

Quality Control:

Ensuring that all work is done to the highest standards and that quality control protocols are followed.

Safety Management:

Implementing and maintaining effective safety procedures to ensure the safety of team members and compliance with regulations.

Problem-Solving:

Identifying and resolving production issues to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Resource Management:

Managing inventory levels and coordinating with supply chain staff to ensure that raw materials and other supplies are available as needed.

Performance Monitoring:

Monitoring production performance and identifying areas for improvement.

Communication:

Additional skills and qualifications:

Experience: Prior experience in a supervisory capacity, ideally with PEB construction.
