A)Production Planning & Scheduling

1) Ability to plan, monitor, and achieve monthly production & dispatch targets

2) Strong control on schedules to ensure timely completion of orders

B) Manpower & Shop Floor Management

1) Experience in handling 20-50+ fitters and welders

2) Optimum utilization of manpower, machines, and materials

C) Fabrication & Drawing Interpretation

1) Good knowledge of fabrication processes and shop-floor operations

2) Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings using AutoCAD

D) Cost Control & Resource Optimization

1) Monitoring consumable usage to control production cost

2) Minimizing wastage and improving productivity

E) Quality Control & Continuous Improvement

1) Ensuring adherence to quality norms and standards

2) Analyzing production issues, reducing rejections, and achieving zero customer complaints

Experience : 3 to 5 years in Fabrication Industry

Salary Range : CTC to Lac / Year
